The installation crew was great, everything went smooth, and we are really happy with our new windows! Representatives came to home. I negotiated the price with them, they were very friendly. We came to a price for installation that we both felt comfortable with and went from there. Pretty straight forward. Metal roof installation was a one day process and executed with excellent precision. I can't complain about anything from my end and when I thought the crew was finishing up and I did find something to complain about it was done before I could open my mouth. So I would recommend to anyone in all honesty and will do so if anyone requires it in the future.

I love the professionalism and down to earth people that Great Lakes Remodeling has. Everybody i talked to was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were super fast on getting the job done and talked to me about things that were going on. Loved the clean up, they made sure it was spotless. I am very satisfied with my new roof and gutters and would 100 percent recommend Great Lakes Remodeling to anybody. You won't regret your decision going with this company. Our experience with Great Lakes Home Remodeling was mostly positive. We wanted to give a 4.5, but that wasn’t an option. Elizabeth in the office was always very nice, even when I was calling for the one millionth time. We were very happy with the siding crew of Chris, Skip, and Mike. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and worked hard when they were here. If we saw an issue they fixed it, no problem. We have found a couple of small issues since completion, but we will take care of those. We also had a good experience with our gutter crew (Elijah and Brian). They were very skilled in their craft, worked efficiently, and were quite helpful. The main issues we had were with getting our gutters scheduled and with our window contractor. The gutters did get done and we’re very happy with the work, but the delay in waiting to get them done was frustrating. And our windows did get installed, but inside, the wood around our windows was damaged during the install so we need to do some repair work. We feel this was avoidable. But overall our experience with Great Lakes was a positive one. My husband says it’s bug, bird, and waterproof. I say it’s beautiful! I’ve attached before and after photos. We would recommend Great Lakes if you’re looking to complete a home remodel.

Had a roof installed. This company was stellar yo work with right from the start and through every stage of the project. The canvasser who knocked on my door was friendly, authentic and knowledgeable about what he was promoting. The salesman was a pro about his product and believes in what he's selling and the company he works for. The crew that did the work was professional, approachable and did a job they were obviously proud to be doing. The communication all the way through kept me informed and knowing what to expect every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience!! My new roof looks great and having no future worry thanks to the warranty and quality product installed is such a relief. 1000/10 stars!

I just had a home inspection on my roof from Reese and Nick of Great Lakes Home Remodeling Company and they were very informative and fun to have around. And even though my funds are short and I can’t get my roof done at the moment. I was very happy for the knowledge about my roof and its foundation that Nick and Reese had explained to me and my husband. So I want everyone to know I most definitely would use this company to replace my roof because they use top quality products and they Rock.

Buying a roof isn’t usually exciting, but this experience changed that! The salesman Mert was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process simple from start to finish. And I have to say, they must hire the most handsome salesmen in the business because he was pretty easy to look at too. Great service, great communication, and a great looking roof when it was all done. Highly recommend working with Mert. Will continue business with him in the future.

Great Lakes were wonderful to work with, they are open honest and very helpful. The work was amazing they covered the ramp on the front of the house, they cleaned up everything and I mean everything.! There was no nails, paper or roofing any where in my yard or driveway. The roof looks great. Thank you for the wonderful job.
